I spent the day Saturday helping adam move. I love his new place. I look forward to going to the housewarming party.
Today I mailed a check for $1805 which pays off the balance of my 2nd school loan. Only one left…This sticking to a budget thing is really working for me.
It was nice to see The Lord of the Rings trilogy get the recognition tonight. I’d like to thank Tolkien for using his genius to give us such an epic work from which a film could be based.

I’m sorry to all of the LOTR fans, but that had to be the most predictable awards show ever! No, I do not think that LOTR should have won for best adapted screenplay. Honestly, it should have been given to Mystic River. And don’t you find it odd that even though LOTR won all of these awards, (including best adapted sp) that none of the actors were up for anything? very strange…
I think it would have been nice to see “Lost in Translation” for best film, director, and cinematography.
