We’ve got bugzilla and subversion up and are actually using them. So now we have decent source code control and bug tracking. And it’s working, too! One day later we’re on revision 13 in SVN and I’ve fixed and closed 7 bugs that were assigned to me.

My roommate, Ryan, turned 26 on Easter. We had a party for him on Saturday. We had nearly 30 people show up which is a pretty good turnout by our standards.
