We’ve got bugzilla and subversion up and are actually using them. So now we have decent source code control and bug tracking. And it’s working, too! One day later we’re on revision 13 in SVN and I’ve fixed and closed 7 bugs that were assigned to me.
For those interested in a sneak peak at the interface, check out this screenshot. Yes, there are some usability bugs we need to fix still, but it’s coming along nicely in terms of functionality. Of course, in theory, the end-user will never have to mess with this as we are a managed firewall for the SMB market. But they may want to make small changes and it’s useful for us or resellers.
