Friday night I went with some friends to BB’s Jazz, Blues, and Soups to listen to some Blues. It was good music and even better company.
Saturday afternoon I grabbed a couple burrito’s and went to Forest Park with Stephanie. We saw the Lewis and Clark Bicentennial Exhibition at the history museum. That Meriwether Lewis sure was a scumbag. After the exhibit we spent time walking around the park, watching ducks and muskrats playing in the water, and enjoying the weather. Forest Park has some great bike paths and I’ve decided I need to get a bicycle. The park is one of the largest city parks in the country at 1,293 acres, it’s less than a mile away from me, and I almost never use it. Time to change that.
Had a delicious Red Curry Thai dish Saturday night that made me feel like crap for a while afterwards. For someone who drinks, smokes, and loves spicy foods, Crohn’s is a hell of a disease. It was worth it, though, and if I go back I’m ordering the Red Curry Beef.
Saw Shrek 2 tonight. Amusing.

Good idea on the biking in Forest Park. If you ever do get a bike let me know. I go riding every now and then to the park.

That would be awesome, Ben. I need to get out and exercise more.
