100 years ago St. Louis was the first American city to host the modern-era Olympic games. 18 years ago Chuck Berry became the first member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Last night I walked upstairs from the Duck Room at Blueberry Hill, stood at the window and watched with scores of others as the Olympic torch passed by. I then walked back downstairs and watched Rock and Roll Legend Chuck Berry play an amazing show.

If you tried to give rock and roll another name, you might call it ‘Chuck Berry’.
