On Friday night, my roommate and longtime friend, Ryan, asked Molly to marry him. She said yes. I wasn’t planning on going out that night, but when I heard the news, I had to go out to celebrate with them. We went to Felix’s and had a couple drinks. The espresso martini was especially tasty. Congratulations Ryan and Molly! I’m really happy for you both.
Saturday night I went to Ben and Lori’s house warming party. They had a really good turnout. It was great to meet some people I didn’t know and to see long time friends such as Adam and Carrie, whom I rarely see. The highlights of the party included making Petunia (one of their English Bulldogs) a martini and playing hockey in the basement.
