Just got home from signing a lease. I found a great apartment on the north side of Tower Grove Park. It has central air, a large bay window in the bedroom, a balcony with a view of the Botanical Gardens, new appliances including a dishwasher and stacked washer/dryer, offstreet parking, track and recessed lighting and newly refinished hardwood floors. And the rest of March is free rent, so I can pick up the keys tomorrow and start moving stuff over at my leisure in advance of my moving date. Thank you, craigslist.

Good for you! Wow…. that place sounds great! lol. We’ll probably still be about 5 minutes away from each other since I’ll be moving to the Tower Grove area too.
