A hard act to follow: After doing some last minute packing Friday evening, I met up at Syberg’s to sing Karaoke with some friends. Normally when I sing karaoke I’m pretty relaxed. On this occasion there was added pressure as the first person in our group to sing was Natalie DeLucia, a professional singer who has been a backup for Britney Spears, appeared on the Letterman show, etc. She has an amazing voice.

The move: Moving went pretty smoothly Saturday. Thanks to everyone who helped me out. I’ll be throwing a housewarming party once I’m all settled and my new furniture has arrived.

I have no idea, nor do I care. All I know is that Natalie wasn’t lip syncing and had a fucking amazing voice. She should have been the one on center stage while Britney sang backup. I’m hoping we can hang out again at a karaoke bar. If for no other reason than to watch the look on people’s faces when she starts singing. After Natalie came back to our table I felt like a complete idiot going up there and hacking out Coldplay and Bloodhound gang.

I just met her that night. She is a friend of a friend and was invited to come out for some drinks and karaoke with us.

Hi, Gilles! I didn’t record myself this weekend. I have recorded myself singing a few times just for fun. I’m no professional.
I leave that to my brother and sister who do gigs around town. You should email my brother, Micah, sometime. He is a great guitarist and speaks French. 
I’d love to hang out if you make it to the USA sometime. Or maybe I’ll find myself in France.

I bought a bunch of CDs off my sister a few months ago. I think I have one left from the bunch. I’m feeling generous today, so email me your mailing address and I’ll ship you a disc free of charge.
As for the website, I offered to help out if she needs help, but haven’t done any work on it so far other than set up the hosting and paying for one year as a present.

I HAVE KNOWN NATALIE SINCE WE WERE ABOUT 7. SHE HAS ALWAYS HAD A GREAT COICE AND IS VERY SWEET. BEFORE SHE WAS SINGING FOR SPEARS, SHE WAS SINGING THE NATIONAL ANTHEM FOR THE BLUES ALL THE TIME.L SHE IS A GREAT SINGER AND PERFORMER. SHE JUST WON STL AMERICAN IDOL AND WILL GO ALL THE WAY!
