Glynn: I think it’s a great idea to publish recipes without exact measurements. In fact, when I cook, I don’t generally get out the measuring cups/spoons. I just throw in what I think looks good. So when I wrote the recipe I had to estimate. Half the fun of cooking is being creative and recipes should definitely be just a starting point to get the ideas spinning.
