BellyBytes has a list of what they think are the 29 Healthiest Foods on the Planet. Clearly I don’t eat enough of these foods. I hadn’t even heard of quinoa. I do get plenty of shellfish, salmon, spinach, peanuts, garlic, and skim milk though.
