I decided to make meatloaf tonight. Here’s what I came up with after making some changes from my first attempt and I think it’s worth posting now.
Preheat oven to 350° F.

1 lb ground turkey
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup ketchup
