Two years ago I went to the Kentucky Derby for the first time. I went again this year, although in a smaller group. Friday night we grabbed some Mexican food and then hit a few bars on Bardstown Road.
We got an early start Saturday and did some tailgating in the parking lot.
Derby Day was a blast…
The horse I bet $60 to show ended up winning.
After the Derby we left and eventually ended up at Dan’s brother’s house where we watched Mayweather vs. De la Hoya

I’m afraid I did not. I’m sure she was in the grandstands somewhere with tight security. I was in the infield. I did see her arrival on television that morning, though.
